Sourcing and sending pause until your next cycle. Prospect credits reset on the same date every month, and email and campaign allowances are measured over a rolling 30 days, so capacity comes back on its own. If you need more before then, upgrading takes effect immediately.

No. Each plan buys a monthly operating capacity rather than a bank of credits, so an unused month does not carry forward. If you consistently finish a month with capacity to spare, the smaller plan is the better fit and you can downgrade at the start of your next cycle.

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it and we keep your account running through a short grace period rather than cutting you off immediately.
